did ur employer suggeste tht attorney to u? can u pls give name of tht attorney?
have you asked your lawyer to call DOL? I am in the same boat, no audit or anything.
Is this normal? Do you know any other people whose application is pending for so long without any audit or anything?
i asked my employer and he said, he is checking PERM applictiona status every week and it says processing all the time. Let me know, if you find anything new.
I got audited after 7 months, audit letter was received couple of weeks after I asked my employer to call back in March.
lets see how that goes.

did anybody called DOL about the perm status, if so what is the responce from them
my attorney sent an email to them and received automated responce i guess, that is the standard format responce.
