dude...you ask everyone the same question...if it says "certified", why do you keep asking if they're certified?
usually there is a delay between online certification and actual receipt of the hard copy.

right...but i don't understand why you are so anxious though...is there a reason why you are so curious about the date of the approval versus the few days it takes to arrive at your lawyer's office in the mail?
