Hi usirit, Do you have any updates on your case? Are u planning on re-applying or keep on waiting? I am in the same situation and my case is still in process. I have no idea what to do!!!!

Hi muslimhassan; As frustrated as I am I don't really have a better plan than keep pushing for my approval. In order to get to it, I have sent a letter to DOL Inspector General (replied back with a letter stating that my PERM Supervisor was asked to review my case). If you want to send a letter too, use a template at http://immigrationvoice.org/forum/showthread.php?t=19432

Thanks usirit. I am mailing out the letter today.

Hi usirit, Did you do anything else beside sending the letter? or you just waited? Just wondering, My case is still pending :( Any advice?

Beside the original one; a couple of months later the same template re-formatting it to the Employer's view was sent. But, other than that was just WAITING... Advice? Just be patience... if you did everything right you will get certified!
