Hi,

Is there any tracking no to track Perm LC case status

Good Luck & Thanks in advance

from what i know, your employer can make you an account through which you can check up on the status of your perm application. since its been a very little time that my application is filed there is no chance my employer will take it seriously and give me an account. but if you launch a serious effort with your employers HR they surely will help you get an account.

So, yes there is a tracking number, but it needs an account as well to access your application status. get the account, get the application number and then you'll be able to track it.

If a decision was taken already then your employer is answerable to you. ASK the employer where the application is, it could be that they do not want to proceed with I-140/I-485 at the moment (salary issues), but thats just a thought. I'm extremely cynical when it comes to companies and immigration.

lets hope we all get the GC one day like all the "lucky" ones as this is nothing but a game of LUCK!!!!!!!

forget what i said, its nothing more than cynical rambling. just seriously ask ur company HR to give you the information. they can make a sub-account for you or they can show u on their own terminal or the actual approved LC document. if they are honest they will do it. remember its in their hands and u are at their mercy (just like the rest of us)...
