Tovan--have you gotten any word about your medicals? e-cas change to medicals received? Passport requests? other tests or documents/Interview required after all? It's been a long time wsince your medicals went in!

Funny you asked! Just this week, we arranged for our "proof of investment" to be forwarded to the CIC through our bank and attorney's office. Our attorney has advised us yesterday that we should expect a request for our passports for the visa issuance within 4 - 6 weeks, so it appears we are getting very close. There was no formal acknowledgment of the receipt of the medicals, but our attorney assures us that the consulate would not request "proof of investment" if there were any problems with them.
