Hi! Yes you are ahead of me by one week, I also read your posts at immigration.ca. My husband is living in manila right now. He received the letter last march 4 but he said that the letter was dated February 26. I hope you will receive your letter soon, maybe they mailed it already.

we don't have to book for pdos here in cebu.. we just go there. its first come first serve...:)
