From all indications you are one of the simplify applicant, I got the letter too, while also a friend received the similar letter too. but one unclear issue is that, I cousin also submitted application too but such letter was not sent to him. My question is I have you seen anybody who is on simplify appplication too? and is there any one of them have the ideas of what month and year are they considering now? have got any clear info as per what the letter signify? could just an ordinary letter asking us to up date our file or is a step towarding asking us to submit our documents? may be is one the routine of the CIC? or just a selective cases.
I guess it is just selective cases because I haven't received such a letter myself. Even though it appears I applied before canadabounds. I do not expect them to call me anytime soon as in the initial letter they said no earlier than 45 months and I applied in December 2006. The waiting game continues.
