Hi Godec,
Have you received IA along with the RCMP clearance request? Have you been residing in Canada for a long time? Any idea why they requested it?

no IA, I have resised in canada for short time, I beleive its normal

Thanks Godec2006, it makes sense now. I asked because AFAIK they don't ask RCMP certificate if you're currently residing in Canada (they conduct the check themselves). Assuming you aren't currently residing in Canada, it is completely normal. Hope you get your IA pretty soon, and wish you good luck with all the rest!
