 Posted by chriss on 12 Sep 2007look sorry, generally 4 points are really high to make up! you got to be strong and send the new application again. ofcourse you have to pay the fees and all the paperwors, damn difficult.
i advise u, do some basic course in french, pluse try to get 7 bonds in each section of IELTS test, that will be surely then 16 points in
language part pluse you can expect 2 points in french basic course. dont hire any representative, just do it by yourself.
i pray and i encourage you, where there is a will there's way, this is not the end of the day. keep trying,,,keep moving...

I'm in the same situation. My file got rejected because I was awarded less points for not having my IELTS score.
Can you plz tell me did you resubmitted all the documents? I emailed to Buffalo & they replied me that I need to resubmit Forms & fees along with any updated documents if I wish to reapply but they did'nt mention that I need to resumit all the previous documents as they said 'all the documents remain as part of the file even after refusal'.
