Congratulation on having a baby.
I would like to have some info on how you added the new baby to ur PR family list. I would like to know in case I get married before I get my PR, does it make things complicated-means more time? What changes do i need to bring to my application?

Well...I received my first medical request in nov07.We have done medical except my wife's xray.Because of pregnancy she didn't go for Xray and expected date was Feb 08.So in april 08 we received a letter along with form to declare our child.Since he is born in US I havent added hoim for canadian immigration(menaing he is not gonna go for canadian GC).But still we have to declare him.I send the form back along with details of my child and his birth certificate.Now recently I received a letter with medical form of my child and new request of FBI.
So best thing is just tell them about child and they will send out forms to be filled out.They are very quick nowadays.
