After seeing similar AOR's getting their medical requests so i also checked my case status on cic website and guess wht it says,it says
Decision on my case has already made and still i didnt recieve any med request so its rejection i think so.... but when i called up my agent thts WWICS in london they said its not tht in many cases u get medical as well but they make decision bfr hand so but officially have to wait for the official post frm chc london.

I think my case has bee shifted to chc new delhi but officially its not still confirmed as we have not recieved any mails from them so far, Anyhowz but wht i am worried about is will my case be processed when chc newdelhi will take up 2005 cases or they will consider it immidiatelly any helps will be apprecitead.thanxxx

i just got an official confirmation from chc london that my case has been transfered to chc new delhi so its official now,i knw i think now a new timeline will be set for me i goin crazy with this whole immigration thingy but i just got a news that 2004 dec cases have got their 90 days upadate letters by chc new delhi so i suppose they will take my case when they will take up 2005 cases another looooooon wait...... tc.

Sorry to hear about ur case been shifted to New Delhi and hope that ur case gets picked up soon. One good thing about all this is currently there is economic crisis going on in Canada so no point landing there now. Till the time u get ur visa things will definately have improved.
By the way what was the reason for ur case been transferred from london to New delhi. Can u pls give more information on that. I too am 2005 case from London got my medicals and submitted them waiting passport request now.
