Have you got your AOR yet ?
Posted by CamryMaxima on 24 Oct 2007
Hi Bozo,
No, I have not received my AOR yet.
Posted by tinay on 25 Oct 2007
Can you tell me when your cheque was encashed? I sent in mine on sept 18 and the cheque wasn't encashed yet. Thanks in advance!

Hi Tinay,
I didn't track my cheque, so I don't know. But hopefully you should receive your AOR soon. Just approximate from the time frames here. I did it and I got an average of 45 days from when they receive your package. Applying this to you means maybe you will get yours sometime before November 10th. This is just a probability based on my calculations and estimates from other cases I have seen on here.

Hi CamyMaxima,

Have you submitted IELTS with your app. have you got any documents request or IA ?
Posted by CamryMaxima on 02 Nov 2007
Hi Bozo,
I submitted IELTS with my application. My recommendation is; submit your application with all the required documents on the checklist. No document request or IA for me so far. I am still waiting to hear from Buffalo.

Hi Camry,
Thanks... I am Mechanical Engineer with masters degree , working in mechnical field. No representative, filled application on my own. I submitted in one shot everything with application. I will sending fee for RPRF fee now.
Honestly no idea about IA processing time. But if your application is perfect in all aspect you may expect IA within 200 days.

Hi CamryMaxima.

I guess we are on the same boat. No IA for me yet. But here is something interesting, apparently the consulate messed up my place of birth (that's why I can't access e-CAS for the past eight months). I have emailed them twice regarding on the delay, but they just said they would look into to it. Yeah right! Hope you will get yours soon.

Hey,
Still nothing huh?
It's wierd, I was looking around this forum and I saw about 3-4 people (whose file got transfered to LA on June) already received their IA.
Wondering why ours are still not?

Hi,

Just wondering what do they ask you to bring/prepare?
Or more specificly, what do they ask you to submit once you got to the cashier to check in?

Regards.

Hi CamryMaxima,
Must an applicant be a U.S PR before you can apply for FSW program? Just wondering if it matters in CA applications. Please respond if you have an idea on this. thanks!
Posted by CamryMaxima on 26 Aug 2008
Hi Jerry2121,
No. From what I know, most people that live in the US and apply for FSW are here on temporal visas, work visas or even with expired visas. If you have your US PR, very few people will want to apply for the FSW to go to Canada because along the way, you will loose one of them, except you are a US citizen already. Besides it costs quite a sum of money to do the application. If you are US citizen aleady, you can end up with dual citizenship! As long as your documents are explicite and all required documents are submitted, I am very positive they will approve your case.
CamryMaxima.
