Hi Yanesrahn - No. I was not tracking my cashier's checks. I hear that it takes approx. 2 weeks to receive the AOR from the tme the checks are cashed.

its never too late.....even though i sent my initial immigration package with help of attorney he didn't tell me before that now a days CIC is asking everybody for IELTS score.....this forum helped me in thinking beyond the attorney's recommendation therefore i thought its better to take exam.......check these links....they are very helpful for IELTS.

Received my IELTS Score yesterday on 5/5.
Listening: 8.0
Reading : 9.0
Writing : 8.0
Speaking : 7.5
Overall Band Score: 8.0

WIll be mailing the results to canadian embassy shortly.

timeline is same as yours, difference couple of days....mine case has also been transferred to LA, may21st, has your IA been completed or not.....documents request = Initial Assessement(IA), right?? or totally different?

waiting for medicals...

I have applied for H1b , its processing, i has been selected in lottery but waiting for approval notice and According to checklist, CIC ask for usa visa copy which in my case is expirying in oct 11 . Do u think i am still eligible to apply. do u think i should till my approval notice
did u send ur previous employment contract or just references letter
