Returned application by them with letter dated Janyary 5th 2008, by ordinary post and I received on January 16th 2008.

I have applied for H1b , its processing, i has been selected in lottery but waiting for approval notice and According to checklist, CIC ask for usa visa copy which in my case is expirying in oct 11 . Do u think i am still eligible to apply. do u think i should till my approval notice

3000 HSBC Center , Buffalo , NY - 14203 ..... What additional documents / details did you include with the 490 $ Money / Order / Certified Cheque or Bank Draft ..... Did you just include your immigration file number....Let me know if you included anything else .

Any idea about whether your medical results have been received at Ottawa .
Also have you ordered your CAIPS Codes as yet . I wanted to know how many points did I actually get as per the Initial Assessment .
I understand that the CAIPS will also contain updates about the Medicals being received .

I haven't ordered CAIPS. I will wait for one or two weeks for CAIPS ordering. It looks like no PPRs since October.

I don't think it will affect your application. In my openion hiding these kind of things may affect the process.
Its always good to provide correct info.
