Hi Hemabadran,
If ur H1b concerned person should reply for the RFE with in 60 days of the recieving the hardcopy of the RFE, then u r in the safe boat, if not then ur H1b will stand cancelled.If they have replied then it will take some time about 45 to 90 days to reply from the visa center. It depends on the time taken to verify ur RFE documents.
