My Fedex Ship date is Sep 12, 2008 and USCIS Received Date is 15 Sept. My Notice Date is 16 Sept 2008

I got the receipts from the lawyer's office on 23rd Sept

Thank you very much. We mailed on Sep 30 and still we are waiting and my DL is going to expire tomorrow.

buddy, do you think our cases will get approved this week ? it has been 35 days since i applied, and it has been 30 days since you applied... keeping fingers crossed.

I hope so. I am actually waiting eagerly for it to approve because I want to travel out of the country and if I have my H1 approval prior to it, it would be a good thing or else I might lean on my advance parole document to come back into the US

By soft LUD, do you mean the last updated date on the list page in case status search as 11/04 ?

Yours should get approved tomorrow or day after tomm, i saw whoever got soft LUD, it gets approved immediately.
