What's holding your case back?
no idea..just praying that it will be approved.
what's your immigration status and r u currently employed?
This is my h1b ext.(So its a legal stay) currently working .
Can you change your case to premium processing once it has gone into query 221(g).
My case into 221(g) since Dec 2007 and DOS sent case to USCIS in Aug 2008 and still haven't heard from USCIS.
My case is changed to premium processing on April 08. It just says 'Response to request for evidence received, and case processing has resumed.' I dont know about 221(g).
