It depends and there is no right answer. Some get it over a phone, some via e mail and some even get a call from HO notifying them of ref number!

I was also applied in March. My application was reached there on 3rd march and fee debited on 09th March. I am also still waiting for the approval. You can watch mycase if you want [kpinnamaneni].

they are dealing with 1st march , so in 1-3Week ur turn might be up
off course u got to wait , as thy are working on 29feb and 1st march application..
On calling HO i got to know they have started processing Mar 3rd applications
