how r u claiming points on the earnings category... are u getting ur salary paid in uk ?
I called HO on (+44) 0112074074 option 2 again 2 and wait for some time (5min). Give ur DOB and name.They gave me the Ref number. And the applications who filed on 25th Feb It will take 14 weeks.Its again case by case.
some times you have to hold long and some times the line got disconnected automatically b'cos of the load. dont get frustrated.You will get the fruit
