As per my best understanding, those who filed their Tier-1 from Uk has got te reference no started with PB**** - this I was saying looking into the tracklist.

Thank you for your well wishes, I'm hoping for a positive result this by this week. I'll be sending Home Office a fax on Monday night (NZ time) as I will need information on who the case officer is, and also the name of the building where the courier can pick up my documents.

I have given a very clear application, where earnings were from salaried employment and given bank statements and payslips. gave the url of every reference.
I m bit worried why they are dragging your one. They should have reached a decision now for you? Do you think they couldn't varify some of your detail? You better ask them in a email? Wish u to get a success!

I'm also worried about my case as well. The only thing I can think of was the "exceptional" evidence that I provided for "income testing", as well as my education as having a "professional qualification". I don't receive "original wage slips" at all, so I provided the income tax return and a letter from my employer. The letter stated that no formal wage slips are provided. My "original certificate" was yet to be issued before I applied, but had a letter from the awarding body that I did indeed have that qualification. Then 9 days later, I got my certificate posted to me, so I decided to send that as well as 12 months worth of original bank statements on bank letter-headed paper & computerised detailed wage slips that were stamped & signed by my boss. That was back in early June, so obviously they hadn't started on May applications, let alone late March!
Other than that, the additional evidence supports the points that I've claimed so it's straight-forward! Another possibility is that it was looked at, then put aside and has been forgotten!! I'm going to write a letter to the British High Commission here in New Zealand if a decision is not made by next week! If I get "denied", then whatever the reasons are, I should've been "denied" 3 weeks ago instead of having to wait this long. At least I could've applied for Tier 1 three weeks ago, and get the ball rolling on that.
This whole thing has been a rigmarole from the start!!

it seems my approval letter and documents has lost in trnasit .
i don't know what the useage of Approval Letter! ?
do you think i can apply for EC without Approval Letter ? it should be enough for them to have my ref. file no. ... i don't know why i should wait for 12 weekd to reprint of approval letter that contain my name and refrence no.
do you all have any idea if i do a risk and make application for EC without approval letter ?

Posted by ara12139 on 15 Oct 2008i forget to say i am going to apply from UK embassy in Tehran/Iran . as i searched only me and someone else has applied for HSMP in recent 6 months from Tehran/Iran! so they may be kind to do it without asking Approval Letter.
