hi
take the statement from ur bank, it should be either formal or stamped and signed. write a letter explaining the situation and send a fax to Home Office. It would be suffice. Then keep calling customer care and verify that they have recd ur fax and see what happens. Also send the same letter to customer care by email. If everything else fails , launch a formal complaint at Home Office. Do not worry if they have deducted ur fees u will get through

it was due to mistake of my bank. they mistakenly stamped the cheque as "Payment Stopped" though payment has been done for both side! what a massive and rare mistake they have done! never heard of such a mistake in banking sector in my life.

You should send the bank/credit card statement that shows that you have been charged by the HO. You should also write a letter explaining your claim.
