Hi,

Have you applied for your FLR. I was in the process of applying, since the rules changed on 29th Feb, I had to fill the Tier General form and had some queries.

Please let me know if you are planning to apply for FLR anytime soon.

Thanks

Hi all

I am a little confused. I applied for my HSMP approval letter b4 29 Feb, and would expect to receive this within the month. The BIA has given me conflicting advice, however the most current advice is that given the new tier 1 pts based system is operational, I need to apply for my entry clearance from back home. Initially they told me that provided I had my initial application in b4 29 Feb deadline, I could make a FLR application from within the UK.

What is your understanding. I have reviewed the new immigration rules and all the advice on the BIA website. The Home Office have told me I can make FLR application from within the counry, but their BIA have advised I need to go home and apply for entry clearance.

I am on the working hol visa. I know bahsmp, you are making your FLR soon, as is Pars and if you make your FLR application from within the UK, I think they will reject it. All the advice I have received to date has been that I need to go home to apply for entry clearance. The transitional rule applys to us, however it is ambiguous.

Can anyone help out?

Thnks
