yeh i m student here.my wage slips were on the company headletters.but they denied my case only because of that. my solicitor told me never ever happened this before.you don't worry.might it was my bad luck.now i have got stamps on those wage slips.

Posted by shahidtiwana on 25 Mar 2008hi saima thnx alot for ur replies i appriciate them,yes it was a bad luck with u as it is the only requirement that slips should b signed only if they r not on company's letter head,i never heard that a case was refused due to that objection,i applied by my self i neva hire a solicitor,as im a lawyer and my senior lawyer has got HSMP so he did all that stuff for me as i did a lot of research as well,as im doing solicitors examz as well,and im doing masters of law as well,nice to hear that u have done ur MBA congrts to u,i m so worrries that it has been more then 2 months for my case and still no news at all n still waiting

Posted by mycanal on 19 Apr 2008AFTER studying most of the cases on web, i noticed that they are doing more inquired and further verifications of pakistanis, specialy of pakistanis who are students in uk.whereas most indians are getting approved quite quickly.
may be the reason is that they are mostly working in good well know companies in india like ibm, microsoft,etc etc whereas in pakistan we got very few well know companies..
one thing i dont understand is that why it takes them 6-18 months to do further verifications,just for initial hsmp. why dont they think that there again be another verification during EC or Switching. so if one person wait for 6-18 months for initial hsmp and then again same time for EC. it is quite looong time..
i applied for hsmp on 10 jan and still waiting ,all they keep telling me that it is gone for verification to bhc, islambad and it can take 2 weeks or 2 months to 2 years..they dont know.. i heard for review it is taking 6 months.

Posted by shahidtiwana on 22 May 2008im waiting for more then 18 months and i got same reply from HO couple of days back and as for as delay is concern definitly it is not a good thing at all,it means there is some thing wrong or they r not satisfied with the documentation,and these days they r sending documents to BHC Isalam abad for verification so there r maximum chances for a further delay it might take ages,only option is that we pray to ALLAH only ALLAH can help us,

also before, hiring the lawyer, consult with him and see ,what the lawyer , think he can do for us. as far as i know, so far all the people who are consulted the lawyer for delay said , they cannot do anything other then write a complaint or enquiry letter to ho.

He was out of office when they called him. they contacted office first from there they got his number and then called him.
After company confirmation they asked him abt me, that has he worked with you. he said yes, he was a manager.
After that my boss excused that I am in middle of meeting with govt officials, if u can call me at 3:00pm I will confirm all for you.
then bhc not yet contacted him yet.

in my case i didnt send them any urgent forms as they were not accepting them as so many pplz start doing that as they HO they stop doing that,and further more i was in hsmp not tier one.i called them email them and write them as well but it was a stereo type reply as u got yesterday UNDER CONSIDERATION and still cant say any thing how long it is going to take,yes it is 7 months on 17th.im too much worried now and on the top of that they havnt verified my docs as per my infos.one guy put them under pressure and annoyed them too much and they refused him with out any verifications,so thats y i m taking any actions and keep waiting any how if u got any suggestions plz let me know.
i might call them in this week.

Posted by shahidtiwana on 13 Aug 2008i asked them but as u knw still same answer as u got,in my opinion u shud wait for 2 weeks as still u hav some time before eid still 1 and half months so u can afford 2 weeks in other case ALLAH na kary then it will b same case like me as they send ur docs for so called verifications and then only ALLAH knw how long they ll take as u knw in my case it is 7 months,i have same prob as i was looking to celebrate EID with my faimly as i last celebrated wid faimly in 2005.u can fax them at 1142072894 write them a letter with ur name ref no date of birth and nationality,as if u fax them they do reply normally,and they let us know when they hav despatch decision,im pretty sure u will get in 2 weeks inshALLAH.i called my emplyer as well and they dont recieve any verificatio,u knw one of the guy was verified in march and till date he is still waiting,i cant understand wats goin on?even they r worst from our officials even in pak they ll not take so long to decide,i will call them tommorow and let u knw the out come,and plz u dont worry and relaxe as so many ppls i knw waiting for ages ALLAH ll help us all

Posted by shahidtiwana on 15 Aug 2008hi aneela i think external sourses includes here and back home as well.as they check here with university r college u studied and then hm revenue and back home it can b ur employer and university and tax docs it depends on ur docs u supplied with application.it is a bit strange that they told u that they r waiting for some informations,when ever i called them they said just under consideration and they cant say any thing.wat u asked them?did u speak to ur case worker r customer services?i hope u ll get it in 2 weeks inshALLAH,as some process is going on in ur case.best wishes for ur case
Posted by aneela on 15 Aug 2008i just asked that it been 12 weeks everyone who applied in these dates have got their reply. so he told me that we are checking with external sources. i know my employer is good they will give all relevent information they want and here unversities have all records. but i dont know how they will check tax documents, online when we enter our details it just gives NTN no and no other details. so i am confuded about tax documents. dont know how they check with tax office. u know our system in pakistan. Allah betar karay. if not getting any reply than i will put urgent request.
Posted by shahidtiwana on 15 Aug 2008dont worry aneela about tax docs as there is no way to check online as i practiced in taxation n corporate law,only way they can check wid is write relevent tax officials n i m sure they dont do that im 100% sure.i discuss that with my senior/boss lawyer who is tax guru u can say.so dont worry abt it.now next it will b 7 months in my case n im goin to use same trick like u n ask them.

it means that they cant tell that how long they ll take to decide ur case,as there is no fix period for deciding cases,it depends totally on each n every case situation n documentation.if they r satisfied with ur docs they decide quickly if not then cant say any thing,like im waiting for 8 months nd dont knw wat n when ll happen.

Posted by mariaa on 08 Sep 2008Hi, shahid i applied for hsmp on 17 jan same like you but my case is little bit different from u.they verified from my employer from pakistan in May but whenever i call them they say underconsideration.i am here on dependent visa my husband is on student visa and he gonna apply for PSW dec or next jan.and i applied by consultant but still it took 8 months.i am fed up as well but my husband say dont worry be patience.let c what happen

Now bro, I need your help as you know we are student here now I will complete my Degree form London Uni. Now I am planning to go for Post study work before this result. Is it possible I can request to H.O for my Educational document and send my case for P.S.W. and they will continue my case as it is. I mean, on the other hand, I can wait for HSMP team response? Please help me if any body know about it.
Posted by shahidtiwana on 27 Oct 2008dear willdill off course u can ask them for ur docs,tell them that u need ur docs back to apply for like an admission in uni or somw other purposes and tell them clearly that u r NOT with drawing ur HSMP application and treat that as same.this is not a big problem bro so dont worry too much about it,just write them an email and request for ur educational docs back and they ll send ur docs back as they already ll have scaned copies of all of ur docs.by the way when is ur visa expiring? i ll wait by feb 09 and then i ll go for PSW as well as my student visa expires in april.have u tried any thing to get results soon i mean write them letters email or fax?i tried every thing but no result i might send them a fax this week or next week,but dont expect too much.if u know or suggest any solutions,which can help us both to get results they r well come.

In sep08 ma contract manager dropped me a text asking abt ma visa I replied him its in process then he didn’t get back to me. But suddenly yesterday he dropped me text again asking to come in office Monday morning to see HR manager, I m worried now cuz I can’t survive with out work even one week. I don’t know what to do as if they stop me working????? I don’t have any proof except tht old Acknowledgement that ma case is still under consideration with home office.

What's it's mean, i think near about three weeks gone but no response. Is there any update regarding verification. They contact your employer or uni, Tex department. any news.
