hello there,

why did you only give first two number of the ref. no? it'll be better and safe to hide the last two number of ref, so that we can track what's going on up there in the H.O.

hi,
pls enlighten me here, i fail to understand how it would matter by providing the ref no..Am I missing anything here. I dont think one can track an application with the H.O. by putting in the ref. no.

There is no way track through ref number (external to HO). When you update atleast 4 digits of ur case ref, others can know whether its closer to their case or not
