update the ref received date. You can only call ask the details by giving the reference but wait for week atleast

I can confirm that a decision on you HSMP application has now been made and was sent via airmail to you home address on the 24/01/2008. Please allow 12 weeks for this to arrive with you at your home address.

that means a decision made and the documents are dispatched.
Call to home office and ask them about the decision ,they will tell you.
