Today I faxed HO, after an hour they reply me "Your application is still under consideration with one of our caseworkers. I am unable to advise the length of time your application will take as this depends upon the information provided / required.Your decision may be delayed if we need to make further checks or seek additional information. This action may result in your application taking over 14 weeks to decide."

Posted by shahidtiwana on 07 Apr 2008hi dear how r u doin?when i saw ur update and think that u got result but it was just a still waitnig like me,so still u havnt got sny news from them and so do i,i noticed that they r taking long time to decide cases due a flood of applications,i duno knw we ll get any decision might take 6 months,so only a good hope can keep us alive,let see wat happens next keep in touch n updated

Posted by mycanal on 30 Apr 2008honestly, i think, if we get descion within 6 months we will be lucky..i fear that like some other ppl , they might keep us waiting for a year or so.. i will be happy if they decide my case withing 6 months,3 months gone and i can wait another 3 months easily..but they told me that some ppl have been waiting since last march 07 and they still dont know how many months more..(that is very cruel)
i suggest please bring this uncertain waiting without any max time limit or any specific progress to us, applicant, they keep us in waiting limbo.. and in the end say.. further verification cannot be done..thus refused. and that what they have done to some ppl.at the same time the employer insist that they got no enquiry, no phone call , fax or letter etc etc..
dont know what are the chances in such scnerio for success in review...
i called in today again to find out status, and same as before, they said, it is with caseworker, and thats it. i called my locak mp and she said she will follow up.but dont know if it would make any difference at all.but something.. please share your views about what can be done while we are in waiting limbo for months...i welcome all suggestion.. so far my suggestion is to consult citizen advice bureau, and ur local MP. keep in mind, most of them dont even know what hsmp is, so first u need to explain them and give ur reference number etc etc .

Posted by masaghir on 11 Jun 2008After 160 days gone, BHC Islamabad they called my employer in Pakistan and asked about my previous earnings and my details. Can anyone give me idea how much time take to proceed after this. Still Waiting...hope descion made soon. Insha Allah

Posted by shahidtiwana on 11 Jun 2008okies dokies so what asked about u sir?definitely they can tell any thing about thrie company but in my case case it was more then 2 years back salary period,so what u reckon whay should i do now coz in my case it is 145 days so close to ur time frame,im sure my docs will be there for verifications,so tell me your recomendations plz,i m waiting for ur response
