====================
Remember when you call up HO, menus are slightly misleading.

First go to HSMP application enquiry menu [ press 2]

once your there, there are two options 1. HSMP application status menu [ on pressing one] In this menu they just have autoreply that says that we have received lots of applications .... blaw blaw.. and subsequently get disconnected........ so avoid going to this option

2. general enquiry menu....... [On pressing 2]
Pls. go this menu and wait till your call is connected to HO enquiry officer, whom you can ask for reference number.

Hope this helps.

thanks,
Bala

In the new poinst system HSMP approval and FLR are one stage only. But i couldnt understand your case. pls guide me if i am wrong. cheers.
 Posted by bahsmp on 20 May 2008
Yes, in Tier1 it is one stage only, but he has applied Tier1 with Valid HSMP approval letter (which he has applied before Feb29) ,in his case points for attributes like qulaification , previous earnings and english requirement will automatically given. Hence , it can be considered as FLR. Am i right bond?
