Once you call, follow the instructions by going to General Inquiry
you may have to wait for several minutes, before your call is answered. Took me nearly 7 minutes of waiting time for the same.

I applied on 26th Feb 08 and received on 28th Feb, while fee was dedcuted on 5th March 08.
What should i do - I think 14 weeks period is 98 Days - isn't it ?
I called them and they said it is still within the SLA . What to do !!!

Posted by sanadana on 22 May 2008Sanjith, buddy, I believe your case is still in HO.. pls follow up with them by what ever means possible, if all documentation and checking are done correctly, you must have got your HSMP by now..
leaving them apart, you asked a question about the accomodation charge refund from bookings.com...
yes boss, they returned back the entire amount.. did not even take a penny from my credit card...
actually i recieved an alert that an amount of 1 day's stay has been deducted initially for checking of card by the hotel...
but once I cancelled my accomodation, i checked up with the credit card company about their refund and they told that no amount was deducted.
so i guess they just did a dummy transaction to check if the card number is authentic or not... thats it..
all the best for your HSMP and EC boss...

Today 2.45 Pm IST i tried Call to HO. They did not reponse anything. i waited 5 minutes. This previousely i called to them, that time messages told go to option 1 for blob.. option 2 for blob.. Today i did not receive that info too.
Did you try to HO ?

Congrats and good luck for EC. As i mentioned my work address to recieve my docs, I got a mail today requesting my residential address which is mandatory for sending docs. So i am providing it today and probably need to wait more time for recieving the docs.
