Notes: I don't remember what date was on the letter, but i received everything back with new visas on 13/10/08. They pulled out my savings account statements, marriage certificate, and letter from my accountant. I guess taht was mainly what they were looking for

sadly, no update. = ( i'm guessing no for you too? I called HO today, they said it was "under consideration."

i think all of us should hear in another 3-4 days as HO has changed processing date from 15th september to 18th september yesterday evening.Few people who have sent self addressed special delivery envelope have allready got thier stuff...so i guess we have to wait...and also few call center staff just say "application still under considration" no matter what phase it is in...i have experianced the same...

My date of application similar as yours,

I have called them today and checked that they are processing the applications recived 26th sep..

I got my passport and documents back yesterday (picked it up from teh postoffice this morning). We have FLR until October 4 2011. yay!!! good luck everyone...it seems to jsut be a waiting game!

I even declared my speeding tickets, they did not seem to care.

i'm employed by a Limited company that we set up ourselves. We pay ourselves using PAYE and Dividend. We submitted payslips and dividend vouchers. But as a precaution, we also sent in a letter from our accountants

thanks for the response. Did you also provide bank statements? From the wage slips and dividends that was the figure I assume you had as net wages?

I sent in the following to prove income:

1) copies of invoices for the past 12 months from our company
2) company bank statements showing the money on the invoices coming in
3) letter from accountant
4) VAT certificate
5) Companies House Certificate

And I also sent in our payslips and dividend statements that proved our PAYE and Dividend. (these were provided by our accountant)
