Thanks for letting us know about ubka and option #5, as I was trying to get that detail and everytime after 10-15 min, line became still!!! our timelines are not far either, the only difference is my fees debited on 17th and application received on 15th Sep. I just hope mine application is in queue as well as it is very difficult to hold yourbreath for long time :-)

I have checked for my case today, (in my case application was received on 16th Sept & fee debited on 17th September) in option #5 & #1 they say they are processing cases upto 18th September but when I tried wit option #5 and #2 they say your case still has not gone to case worker. It is pending at intial stage.... So I am not sure whether option 1 is right or option 2 is right.

Both are correct..
Processing till 18th of september has changed from yesterday evening..it was 15th of september...so its likely that urs might not be yet assigned to caseworker....u may get ur stuff in another 10-15 days...

Thanks for 15th September update.

I checked with UKBA again about the status, and this time agent has told me that they are currently handling the applications received upto 8th of September and not 18th of September. When I told them about the date given by the automated system is 18th of September and not 8th of September, then she has told me that automated system with option 1 gives the dates for the Work Permit Application and not HSMP applications. So it looks like that we have to wait for longer...
