lucky you..Thats really quick...
 Posted by abani on 08 Oct 2008Thanks. I think providing a special delivery envelope makes things a lot quicker. Most people get the approval after 3-4 weeks, but it takes HO an extra week to post their application if they didn't provide an envelope. Mine was posted on the same day as approval (yesterday). Good luck with your application.
Hi Abani, I have sent it on the same dates as you have for the extension as my visa was expiring on the 14/10/08. I have also included a special delivery envelope. But as of now, i have not recieved my papers?????? I am very worried

Hi suchi, did you get a letter with a reference number? If so, I wouldn't worry, maybe it's just a normal delay. But I would follow it up if I were you. Here's the phone number - 01142074074. Good luck.
Thanks Abani, I did call them today Guy called Andrew answered, and after taking my reference number mentioned that my papers were dealt by a caseworker on 10/10/08, following which he mentioned that the papers MAY have gone to the manager who either approves or disapproves, folowing which they are sent for stamping. He didnt clarify the time length for further processing.
