HI

I AM APPLYING UNDER JUDICIAL REVIEW BUT MY ACCOUNT ON "D" JUST ONCE LAST YEAR WHEN I WAS ABROAD.
I USED OVERDRAFT LIMIT. DOES IT MAKE ANY DIFFERENCE? OR IS IT SERIOUS.
THANKS

If you are talking about your Banking account, It shouldnt make any difference mate. As long as you maintain your bank balance and meet the criteria, you should get it.

Good Luck !!

Hi mate, that was very quick. Congrats. Did you send any urgent processing request?

My hsmp was approved in Oct 06. While applying for this extension I have applied through Tier 1 form instead of JR as I had enough points. Now I am worried that had I applied through JR, it would have been quicker. Did you use Tier 1 form as well? Pls let me know. Thanks.

Thanks :)

No, I just used 1 form for JR. Didnt knew if we could apply under Tier 1 (although I qualify too) but I made sure that I send all the documents including the ones meant only for the Tier 1 (bank balance > £1100 for dependent etc)

Good luck with your app though !!
