I am filling the from here and would be very thankfull if you tell me how you answered on D31 "Does the applicant wish us to process the current outstanding application ?"
Just can't understand if they mean any other outstanding application or this application I am making now :-(

i do not see a question like this in my tier1(hsmp) 07-2008 form :(
have you tried rupoint.co.uk?
Yeah, I have the 08 2008 version.
I did not find anything on the rupoint. :-( Thanks for reply anyway. Will continue to search.
