My case was pending all these days but today the case status shows "card production ordered". Does this mean APPROVAL already? If yes, can I start working already without the receipt of the card? Your input is well appreciated.

After ''card production ordered'' statement..The status changed to..''approval notice sent'' for sometime and then again to ''card production ordered'' in my case. So I think..''card production ordered'' means approved.
according to my friend, the approval notice says..it is just as an approval and does not authorize to start job''. So I dont think we can start job after approval.
