They Received the additional evidence (damaged photographs, god knows how that happened) on 09/23
LUD: 09/24, 09/25, 09/26, 10/02, 10/03, 10/06, 10/10

I have put in expedite request through fax and customer service (no response yet). I have been to the local office without much luck. I have been to the offices of 2 congressman and they have put in an expedite request as well.

Lastly, I have e-mailed CISOBUDSMAN and got a response back that they will look into my case directly. I am hoping something would come out of the last effort

Positive signs: LUD: 10/15 - "Card Production Ordered" I hope I can start work on 10/20.
