hello, ba't napakabilis ng case mo?
Posted by corics on 27 Jul 2007
siguro mabilis din ako mag-respond pag may letter yung embassy. kumusta ba yung case mo?
Posted by tpbanno on 30 Jul 2007
Hi corics, probably the reason why it's so fast because your case is prov. nominee. Skilled worker kami and application was in-process since June 14, 2004.
Posted by corics on 30 Jul 2007
i agree. that is probably the reason. Mahaba kasi talaga ang pila sa federal. I also have a federal application last 2003 pero i decided to transfer it to provincial last year.

hi buteg, you just have to write the embassy that you intend to transfer your federal to provincial. Do you have an existing provincial nominee application?

Hi Corics, Tnx for ur quick reply. I have an existing federal app filed aug 2006 and got my file number in sept 2006. I filed using agency. May I know what are the other requirements the embassy will ask if I will transfer to prov nom? Do i need to make new docs again? How much amount did they request for bank statement? Is it necessary that u know somebody or u have relatives in the Prov where u applied? PLs suggest what prov shld I choose? Can u pls email me sample letter u sent to CIC wen u requested for transfer to prov nom? Do we need to pay for application fe again?? Your response will make a difference in my life. My sincerest congratulations to you. Thanks Buteg

hello buteg. First thing: you should have an existing provincial nominee application with any province that have this program. If you have a relative or friends in Manitoba, they need to nominate you to be a provincial nominee candidate. You can start reading about the program here: http://www.gov.mb.ca/labour/immigrate/pnp/application_kit.html

If you have more questions, you can email me in private at corics@gmail.com, Have a nice day pare. :)
