Hi Carmen, all they requested was a translated copy of my spouse's Latvian birth certificate. Whew, glad that is all they wanted! Bummer also because I looked everywhere before sending our application and conslulted my lawyer about birth certificate translation but never found that is was necessary. Extedning our timeline a little longer.....
Hi Nikel, would you please share me the info about how long to get passport back? Thanks in advance:)

Hi jackson it took approx. 6 business days after they received our passports for them to be sent back to us. Hope that helps. :)

It took Alberta about 3 months for my employer approval and then my nomination. Hope that helps. Best of luck to you.
