Topic: Time lines for a case to be selected for audit
Posted by pouvivee (4) 22 Aug 2008
Hi,

What is the Time lines for a case to be selected for audit? It is been 45 days my case is filled and it is in process state.

Can I assume my case is not selected for audit and it is normal case or it can be selected for audit any time till the case in in process.

Thanks!

"it can be selected for audit any time till the case in in process"

But I think the chances are less for your case to be audited if its been in process for (I dont have a defenite number here to say how many days though) many days. This is just my opinion...

Because if you check those people (in this site) who got audit, they pretty much got it immediately..

I mean it is the later option from your post. Case can be audited anytime before its adjudicated, people have got cases audited even two times before aodjudicated. There is no limit how soon you ll get audit notice (if you get it). I do not think 45 days , is a long wait. I got audited after 3 months (and still pending). So hope you won't get audited
