Any clue why this is stuck?
Something to do with the new fiscal (Oct)?

My guess is that they are taking a bit of time to re-shuffle the applications due to the release of certain audited cases. Just a guess, nothing more.

I agree with you. Because all of a sudden they stopped approving, so there should be something going on. Its good news for those people in audit.

Look at Chicago Perm tracker 05/17/2008 PD case got approved on 9/30/2008.

Thats a good sign to see a case dated 05/17/2008 PD got approved on 9/30/2008.

I thought there is no cases handled at Chicago and all the cases have been moved to Atlanta..

Yes, the cases are moved to Atlanta. I guess people are still posting/updating their case status in Chicago tracker.
