I understand that cases on trackitt only represent a very small portion of the entire pool but I've never seen 8 days gone by without a single approval/denial. Has DOL suspended the process for reassessment or shift of policies or something? Whatever they shift into it can't be good news for anyone...well not for us anyway. It could be terrific news for Lou Dobbs.

After socialist is elected they looks like decided they don't need to work anymore....
LOL ok I'd rather that they don't work than to work against us. But it's more likely it'll be the later.
When they don't work they ultimately against us, because our time is not infinite
I dont think they are reassessing...may be they are reviewing the cases or some might be approved but they are not here...any thing possible..hey it's DOL....every bit of scenario is possible with DOL....
Totally last in faith with them...
There is No Faith in lazy people, no they even don't afraid to be fired for their lazines
I think they might get rewarded for their laziness by DOL....such a hopeless people.....every body pissed of......I am still not understanding how their superiors are ignoring for not doing their job......luck to be working for DOL.....
May be thanksgiving started for them a week early :-)

Anyway, regular audits just briefly touched an august 2007 PD, but still there are heavily loaded september through january 2008 :(
Our hope is only new us president will not be able to legalize ilegals, otherwise, we can pack our staff and go home
I think that what we mostly say was cases from the special audit from Fragomen. All other cases will be processed according to the regular timeline and it is taking longer. For Fragomen special audit that are still pending, unfortunately, I think that these will receive a second audit which could leave these petitions in the queue for another several months (6-9 months).
Fragomen special audits unlocked allready, if u look at statistics 200 days audit aprovals actualy fragomens, but looks like problem not in fragomen, but 45% audits for buss nessesity from sept to jan

These guys work with unexpected pattern. No logic behind. Forget about logic, no common sence behind it. Or beyond our comprehension.
Hey any one from Delaware, I heard Biden responds quickly and sincerely for legal immigration cases.
I've gone down that route to no avail. A congresswoman sent an inquiry on my behalf to DOL and the response was in short "wait for your turn". Rantings aside I see nobody has any idea what DOL is up to in the past week or so. If nothing else those of us who have been waiting now can move that fictitious PERM approval date on our calendar back by another month or so.
I won't even know what to do with my life or which side to walk on the street anymore when I get my PERM approval. It's like an old man let out of jail after serving 50 years behind the bars. I should go work for DOL to pass the torch to the next generation. Wait did I say torch? I meant torture.

Hey we are all in the same boat, looks like DOL is not working on approval thing from past few days...may be they are working on the cases that are in final review, I think they might certify in bulk as soon as they are done with that...please note that this is my assumtion....may be because of too may lay offs...who knows....
by 5th of december I will pass 15 month time period...have wait and see what happeneds in between or after that I am planning to ask my lawyer to place an enquiry...
