Hoping for LC in a month (or 10 days from today) from Atlanta is asking for a miracle. I'm stuck at Atlanta with early July PD after several goof-ups by the moron of a lawyer that I have. My employer was contacted last week. Does anyone know where in the timeline does contacting the employer fit in?. Early, Late, No correlation

One quick suggestion - can we start a new thread for this effort - As of now this tread reads "What's wrong with Atlanta center " - It should be something like Flower effort to Atlanta Center - or something similar to that so that other people reading this would also join. And also, might be add the message to Murty.com and Immigration.com.

thanks

Well if getting an LC in a month is a miracle what we call about getting the I-485 status back to current. So finally its our effort that makes the miracles happen!

cdrom...

dude...nothing is impossible. Don't forget that it was combined efforts that made USCIS and DOS go back on their July 2 decision. Also USCIS was capable of approving 60,000 cases, working on weekends.

If Atlanta center decides to get it done, I'm sure they can speed up the process and help us.

Let's keep trying

Also, there will be very limited space for the 'Notes' along with the flowers. We may need to put as much information as possible in 2-3 lines space.

Renata or Helen, both are high levels. It wont matter as long all nicely polished tables all over the office have a vasses full.

Mon is not relevant. We should just flowers now. Sooner the better. I would send them today itself unless someone really herereally strongly believes in Mon ONLY.

Also, again, the point is to make the whole office feel nice about it.

TEXT SUGGESTION: 2 sentences, conveys all, fits text box.

"We Thank You all for your efforts in speeding up the PERM processes. All LEGAL & TAX PAYING people, currently on non-immigrant work visa, are highly grateful to your office. We request that you, please, further expedite your processes so all of us can make it to the USCIS queue before Aug 17. Thank You all once again.

Regards,

Hard-working Immigrants."

Also, I do not suggest undersigning names because "as a beneficiary" of the LC, you are not supposed to contact DOL. This has also been told to people already to tried contacting that their lawyer or employer should contact. Not mentioning individual names and acting as a team will effect more also.

I would suggest any/all correspondance we make. Again, just giving weightage to the fact that the office has been turning down employees are have CLEARLY STATED only lawyers or employers.

Also, it looks like a team.

[You would not expect them to pick up your file in particular if they received flowers from you specifically. We are ALL, together, saying "thanks and please speed up further", right?]

I understand 'more working days' concept. But its 5 days away. At that time they (or should I say we) will only have 5 lesser days remaining. So.... sooner the better. Just a suggession.

How about sending flowers through only one company. As because I just spoken with one and they said that they will deliver 20 bouques (10 big worth of $75 and 10 small worth of $39.99) for a cost of $800 about. Below is the link for that. So hows this idea. And I also mention them we need them to deliver multiple times.

http://www.atlantaflowermarketflorist.com/
(reply) (report this)
Posted by vdlrao (246) 18 Jul 2007
We need the bouques to be delivered atleast 3 times. so that it makes some significance.
(reply) (report this)
Posted by dsik (247) 18 Jul 2007
Yes and no. Things are easier thru one company. At the same time they can avoid delivering 3-4 out of 20-22, who will know. Also If there is 1 truck bringing 20-22 bouqets at the same DOL may reject acceptance of delivery.

Individual orders, may be/ may not same company, really does not matter. I saw that company while searching as well. I may use it also.

Wats the phone number? My work here has blocked access to all shopping sites. Thanks in advance.

I am not sure why even we could not make 20 people .... i assume all others just come and read the forum and realax thinking with somebodies efforts their applications will be processed.... PLSSSSS ....if we could not be made a big team , there wount be any response from ATL. we are not doing for anybody else .. we are all trying for ourselves ... sending flowers might cost you 40 bugs may be ..but it adds more to our cry ...dont you all guys want to get your applications processed ..its costs nothing to spend something like this ...

Pls wake up ... if we dont add up to a good number forget it ... no action from Atlanta will be there ... if all who try for flowers look like idiots to you , pls speak up ... we will all follow your way to find our applications processed sooner ...

this forum by itself is just a % of the actual applicants and out of this we only make 20 pathetic ...then what effect we can create with a ATL center .... people reading this forums must act now ...THIS is not fun anymore .... THIS 30 days is what i beleive we all have ..otherwise we got to wait for 6 yrs .... Help yourself by joining hands ....

It seems for me its better to send flowers to different people in the atlanta office than just to one. But needs your advice also.
