Topic: Whats wrong with ATL PERM Center
I know that cherry. I am trying to make noise amongst these agencies. sending an email does not hurt + say, dol says fine, we understand, we would ask USCIS to extend the time limit for us a lil bit, wont we? coz in the next 15 days dol may/ may not be able to process all mar, apr, may , jun jul apps.
anyway i dint want to argue at all at this time of crunch. Just trying to make more n more n more NOISE agmonst these people. what do you guys say?

It's the backlog center cases. Cases that were filed before the advent of PERM. These cases have been pending for years. One of my co-worker has his labor application pending from 2002! He can't take advantage of this Aug 17th deadline either. Kind of puts our problem in perspective. But anyway since he has an earlier priority date, once it's approved this September, he'll have his green card in no time.
