even if ur perm gets certified in aug u r ok....just need to get certified approval copy of perm to file i140/485

great !!, one it is approved, we can request employer to send e-mail to labour office to sent e-mail with approved.
So that we can move forward for 140 and 485.

My employer has given me Case number saying , I think that is of no use , beacause we cannot track it.

We are depend on employer to give correct information.
We should not loose this oppturnity to file I-140 and 485.
ALL DEPEND on lawyer ot employer now to disclose the information

thankfully my lawyer is not through employer..so i trust lawyer..not employer. if u dont trust ur work/lawyer.....see if you can somehow sit with them when they check

Even if your Labor is cleared on 15th august you can apply because you can now apply for I140 and 485(efile) online and should send the documents with in seven days to USCIS

Can somebody suggest on how long it might take to get certified for end of april applicants ..is there a chance to see that within the usics window... i am new for this forum.

Any APRIL 2007 approvals? We've seen many March, May & June approvals in the last week or so but very few from April . . .

jay perm, my employer also filled in april , we are still waiting for approval.

I just got certified; I cehcked had my HR Manager check it online. I see its good news as they started to work on April.

dbangad, I work for a large investment bank - we are not even given the case# leave alone userID & pwd! I am totally dependent on the employer/lawyer at this stage. most of us don't have a choice!
Some small employers may oblige & give you the ID & pwd . . . .

I heard from my employet that 2 June approvals have come today ... thats what prompted me to ask for April approvals ... looks like we have 2 on them too..

For some reason atlanta is taking more than 100 days to process PERM applications whereas on the other hand chicago process applications in less than 2 week. Dept of State has given us an one time Golden opportunity to file our applications for Green card until 17th August, and we'll be able to file only with our Labor approvals. This slow processing at Atlanta is causing us distress and our personal and professional life is greatly impacted.
I just want to bring our plight to your kind attention and sincerly hoping you would pass this information and help us out in this time of need. THANK you for your time
