There is a total of 18 approvals on 7/27/2007. User Ihate has not added his approval to the tracker.

Thats a good one ... we will today some of us send some thank you notes just to keep their morale up and go for more as they have started to show some results ... I will sendfew thinak u notes for today and few normal day to day emails ... lets mix it up...

I am one of the April perm cases that hasn't been apove it yet (4/10/07), the weird part is that one of my colleagues applied exactly the same day with me using the same lawyer for exactly the same position just an hour before me and he already got aproved on july20, as you would understand I am completely frustrated and the wait is killing me, I also joined the campaign and already send e-mails, any of you guys can tell me the differnece between "pending" status and "in progress", since a copuple of weeks ago the status was pending and last week changed to in progress, thanks for the support

Please dont send Thank you nopte yet. As there are lot more here still been waiting for the response from DOL. Why thank you note though to ATL where as CHICAGO people getting approvals less than in 2 weeks.

I wrote an email to all the people including HR in india. No use.. Got a reply with No concurrent filling.. But Vishva left the company 2 month ago. No one has replaced his popstion yet. Can you please send me those guy are planing to file concurently if you wish. I can get some idea.. Pls use ihateigate@gmail.com.

oh man my company just recieved call from some govt office i am not sure which one is that, explaining that i am sending spam to their email addresses. My manager asked me to send explanation letter! I think i sent emails to state.gov and they called back to my company. Can any one tell me what should i write in letter ??? please help

Its okay if you have got that letter. Its just somehting they want to see whether its a SPAM or a geniune mail...
Pls metion clearly what your intentions are and explain on what you wanted to acheive by those emails and also mention that you are a real person with a real concern.. thats all they would want to know . once you send it stay calm and they wont be any more letters for you ... Its just to validate that you are not spaming and mail boxes... stay cool.

Thanks for informing us ...we welcome your commenst ..but we are all working for a particular cause ... we are not spaming people ..so i request you not to send posts which discourages people ...whatever we have acheived so far is by making people aware of our situtaion through email ...i dont think this is spaming... spaming must have a eveil intension by itself..we dont have that ..we are all fine ...
