what the hell is this chicago guys are getting approval within week and applying 140/485 and we are just sending fax/emails/ protest/flower/telephones and scratching our balls. Still don't know how long it will take :(

Question: If we get certified on Aug 11th (on-line status changed to 'certified'), we will not get the paper notice until Aug 18rd or later. In such case, can we e-file 140 and concurrent file 485 on Aug 16th, and then send the supporting document on Aug 23rd?
That's the only way I can think of to save us a few more days waiting for the paper notice. Do you guys have other ideas? Thanks.

Don't get discouraged guys. Even on friday, by 5'o clock, only 8 approvals are entered.
Remaining all entered during weekend.
So, today also should be the same.

Obviously the status get's updated to Approved/Certified on ...... Then an e-mail get's sent out to Attorney AND company HR alerting them of the approval of the PERM LC. There could be a delay of a day or 2 between actual approval and when the e-mail is generated.

Lets do the same email blast again... the trend is not promisinmg... The one on friday was not a day's efort instead a consolidated one ...we wopuld like to see min 10 -12 A DAY to bring Atlnata to a shape ... so lets all do it one email blast today now and one by tommorow early morning.... my feeling is seeing the result from friday our efforts are egtting little bit low... lets get together again and make an effort ... ... shall we start one now ... ia m doing it riggtaway ...
