My labor was approved on 7/26/2007 and i got my hard copy on 7/30/2007. Just updating everyone on how long it takes to get the hardcopy.

Looks like we still have to do more ... not looking like a positive trend ..with this they can barley clear only March / Feb s and most of Apr and some of May ... APR and May may not be fully completed ... what do we do ...
everyday passes we are getting short ... so pls speed up..i have sent some mails by today evening too seeing the bad turn out... guys pls do so ... lets us give it sa try for another 2 weeks ...

Are these cases being processed based on FIFO? I don't think so as there are cases which were filed in the month of march and are not approved. And we see the cases that were filed in April or later are approved

Dear Murthy: As you may already know Atlanta PERM center taking more than 120 days to process PERM applications? Is there anything we/you can do other than waiting for good news?
PS: ( I already sent one question but I thought ill take ur input) please post ur question here so that we all can send the same question that way we will better chances to get answer)

ANyway below question I thought will be useful for many of us.
User Question: FOR 485 DO YOU THINK IT IS BETTER TO SEND THE DOCS FIRST AND THEM THE PHYSICAL REPORTS IF WE HAVE ALL THE DOCS READY FOR FILING?
ATTORNEY MURTHY QUESTION: if one can obtain the medical report within the next few days, say before aug.10th, 2007, then it may not be abad idea to file the medicals with the I-485 to avoid an RFE. it is also possible that some pelople may purposefully leave out the medicals, etc. to try and delay the I-485 APPROVAL EVEN IF THE PRIORITY DATES BECOME CURRENT TO TRY AND FILE FOR ONE'S SPOUSE LATER ONE IF ONE IS SINGLE NOW AT THE TIME OF FILING THE I-485 PAPERS. SO DEPENDING ON THE REASON, ONE COULD EITHER FILE IT WITH OR WITHOUT SINCE IT REALLY DEPENDS ON WHAT THE PERSON WANTS OR HOPES TO ACCOMPLISH BY LEAVING OUT THE MEDICAL REPORTS OR OTHER DOCUMENTS.

The answer is that they are all aware of this unfortunate situation and will take it to the notice of AILA. However, no help guaranteed.

It looks like Murthy will try and take the matter with them biut could not say whgether it can be resolved before the window for all to benefit.. so we are on our own thats what it means ...

JUST posting our question in for the people who were not able to login to Murthy chat.

I just wonder will our mails went to their JUNK mailbox becacuse we put too many ids there. And I got many delivery failure. Do we have any better way to send to them again, and make sure they do read it?

No. There are 24- e-mail ids invalid among 100 plus e-mail ids. Thatz okay. Keep sending e-mails. We should not stop.
