All I raised question in Murhty Chat yesterday, lets hope for the best. Also, lets keep on rolling email campaign. 15+ approval on Friday, 9-10 on Monday...it is double, tripple than what it use to be.

With each day its getting harder & harder... Wahat i forsee with the current trend is this as below :
Mar / Feb - almost all
1. Apr - 70 %
2. May - 30 %
3. June - 10%
will be the applications cleared ... rest all will be lying down in DOL ... do we need to see this happening... we have no external help coming...
its very hard to see some people create multiple ids and send out emails while bulk of spectators wait and watch and just trust their luck.... its time ..pls come join and send out emials and we can just in time make a difference ... another 1 week it will all be over to plan and aact on anything ... even for us & ATL center ...so join and help ourselves its time to join and send out emails ....

When you are creating multiple ID's, pls put some original names...If the name does not sound right, then there is every chance that the email will never be opened so are other mails with similar subjects...we need to make them believe that mail is coming from a real person / group

Hi all,

Confirmed with Attorney also.
Today is the last day that all employment based EB categories are current.
Today is the last day to file I-140 applications in order to submit I-485 by August 17th.
We lost guys. We missed a grand chnace.
Lets hope dates will be current soon in future ( hopefully in another 2-3 years).

Ok I agree with USCIS FAQ's.
But can Attorney's be wrong. Think Logically guys.
In the FAQ's it meant that PD should be July. But it also states in FAQ that 14o should be files before July 31st., in order to be eligible.
I confirmed with two attorneys.
Also in yesterday's chat session with Murthy I raised same question, Unfortunately it was not answered due to High volume of questions.
If we are eligible, I would be the first person to be happy.

Logically the question raised by hi2gc looks correct. Guys please confirm from your lawyer if possible.

you are not correct. still we have 15 days for the dooms day... but possible by next week end if we dont see any bbig improvment then we are done ideally... so i would say one more week we can plan hard and starting next week we have to get what it comes .(i mean to say all active participants can also become like our fellow spectators )....

The I140 can be filed any time. It does not have any thing to do with priority date.Yes the fee is different before 7/30 ( $195) as aganist $475 now.You can however only file the 485 after 7/30 but before 8/17 IF AND ONLY IF you have a approved labor that has a PD before 7/31/07, i.e today. Meaning you can not file for PERM tomorrow 8/1 @ Chicago, have it approved in 2 day's and file concurrent 140 & 485 before 8/17.

Please do not waste time arguing this issue. The attorney is both right and wrong -- for NiW and EB1 cases, Labor Certificate is not needed and the date of filing I140 will be the priority date. For all of us, I140 does not matter, it's the date of filing labor certificate.

I confirmed with my lawyer and he says we are safe if we get labor certified by Aug 15. Do not spread rumors!

you are getting confused.
1. EB2/3: pd before aug1, lc approval on/before aug 17, file 140/485 electronically on aug 17.
2. eb1/ eb2-niw: PD is 140 date coz there is no LC, so FOR THEM 140 has to be filed by today.
PLEASE DONT CONFUSE YOURSELVES. SEND AND ADD. I WILL SEND A BLAST NOW.

Great analysis, I am wondering how May is less than other previous months? I guess newer people were satisfied with their H1b in Apr so dint get to the LC stage yet. Anyway, a denominator would greatly help to see how many total population here, to see the speed of atl over the months e.g.: ok in jan , slow in feb, slower in mar, apr, ok in may, ok in june, pickedup in july, sped up greatly after our emails, etc.
