i see one approval from April - fingers crossed -

What I feel from this trend is that PERM cases are assigned to each DOL employee afer PERM filled randomlly..
i.e if 100 cases received 1 day distribute to all 10 employees.. it dependents only employee how/when to clear these cases... as usal.. some are very good at working.. some lazy fellows.. dont work ..

The way they process:
I presume, the applications will be sent to different processing officers on each day. If the officer who is recieved your application has not been assigned to any other task, and processing the applications up to date, then it takes less time for process. Each individual officer will go in FIFO(first in first out) method to process the applications he received, but not on whole applications that are assigned to different officers.

i dont think the last approval is from today might be from yesterday as they were processing 12 dates yesterday ..anyway good luck to him and hope for the best thru the end of today...

Oh boy! I just pissed off my 'paralegal'...shez answering the same "we are doing all that we can..." crap when I inquired about the case for second time in as many days. Gosh...why cant these people have a little more transparency in their processes...

I hope they come up with a policy saying you can apply for I-485 without LC ;-)) i know it is tooo much to expect!

ps, no hard copy is reqd to file 140, as if cases where original is lost, uscis requests it from dol directly. so basically they are used to seeing 140s w/o actual lc attached.
also, because 140s are E-filed, support dox go 7-10 later anyway. if approved timely and we are able to file, we should receive the hard copy in mail before we actually dispatch the ups packet of 140 anyway, right?

Out of the last 150 approvals in this forum....98% of them had less than 10 comments.Although, nothing good can come out of this observation...one thing is for sure 'birds with same feathers..." :)

I noticed that too spd. but again cant tell if ATL is looking at our posts to see who is shouting here, lets not do his... kinda thing..
do notice that their dates fell in the normal dates they were processing tho, of course the out liers dates are there every day.
