Just some statistics...not sure if it helps any but as with any statistics these look interesting....
Taking out the extreme values of Processing times ( > 200 and < 40 ) starting June 1st 2007...
The Arithmetic Mean/Average time for Approval is: 114 Days
The Median value is : 115 Days
Mode is : 122 .........11 times
Standard Deviation is : 26
At least if you are not around the average...bothering our attorneys/employers will not fetch anything for us.

If Data from July 27th,2007 is considered then the Average is 106 Days,Median is 107 days, Modes are 111,105( 6 times each) and SD is 24. Taking out the 3 extreme values 2 GT 200 and 1 LT 40.
These numbers does not prove anything but...atleast if you are not around the average then bothering your attorneys/employers will not fetch you anything.

Hope all of us would do our part in the coming Sep 18th rally being done by http://immigrationvoice.org/ . They need your participation and if possible contribution. Hope all of us would be active in the rally participation in the same way as we are while Jul, Aug I-485 recess to get get our Labors certified. If this rally is successful then it leads to immigration reform which will benefit all of us in a big way.
