my case has been pending since 3/7/2007. It has been 149 days (46 days more than the average) by 8/3/2007.

My 1st RIR labor certificate submitted on 9/30/2002 was approved on 12/8/2006. It took 4 years and 3 months. Just before it was approved the sponsoring company went bankrupt. So many years of effort and hope was ruined by the slow process.

Am I repeating the same experience and suffering?

What kind of patience shall I have?

Anyone can help?
